Privacy Policy
Post Pal Pros
Effective date: October 9, 2026
Post Pal Pros ("Post Pal Pros," "PPP," "we," "us," or "our") helps local service businesses get found and get leads through local Facebook groups and related marketing. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit postpalpros.com, fill out one of our forms, book a call, respond to our ads, or otherwise contact us, and how we use and protect it.
If you have any questions, email us at support@postpalpros.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and inquiry forms (including forms hosted by Jotform and lead forms on Facebook or Instagram): your name, business name, email address, phone number, city or service area, type of business, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Call bookings (through Calendly): your name, email, phone number, the time you booked, and any answers you give to the booking questions.
- Email and messages: anything you send us by email, text, LinkedIn, or social media.
- Phone calls: if you call or text one of our numbers, we may receive your phone number, the date, time, and length of the call, and, where allowed by law and disclosed to you, a recording of the call. Some of our numbers are call-tracking numbers that help us see which ad or post led to a call.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, how long you stayed, and the page that referred you.
- Cookies and similar technologies: small files and code that help our site work and help us measure our marketing. These include:
- The Meta Pixel, a piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) that tells us when someone who saw or clicked our ads visits our site, submits a form, or books a call. This helps us measure our ads and show them to people who are more likely to be interested.
- Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that tell us how visitors use the site, in aggregate.
Information from other sources
- Publicly available business information (for example, a business's name, website, and listed contact details) and information from business data providers, which we may use to contact business owners about our services.
2. How we use your information
We use information to:
- Respond to your questions and requests, and follow up on forms you submit.
- Schedule and hold calls you book with us.
- Provide our services to clients, including managing their accounts and sending lead alerts.
- Send you information about Post Pal Pros, including marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time, see Section 5).
- Measure and improve our website, ads, and marketing, including understanding which ads lead to inquiries and bookings.
- Keep our site and services secure and prevent fraud or misuse.
- Comply with the law and enforce our terms.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for money.
We share information only:
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, form tools (Jotform), scheduling (Calendly), email and email delivery providers, call-tracking and phone providers, analytics providers, and advertising platforms (Meta). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- With advertising platforms, as described in Section 4.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Post Pal Pros, our clients, or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where the information would remain subject to this policy.
- With your permission.
4. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and use the Meta Pixel on our website. This means Meta may collect or receive information from our website and from other websites and apps, and use it to provide measurement services and to target ads. If you submit a Meta lead form for one of our ads, the information you enter is shared with us so we can follow up with you.
Your choices:
5. Email marketing and unsubscribing
We may send emails about our services to business owners and to people who have contacted us. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, either a link or by replying to ask us to stop. You can also email support@postpalpros.com with "unsubscribe" in the subject line. We will honor your request promptly. We may still send you non-marketing messages, such as replies to your questions or messages about a booked call or your account.
If you give us your phone number, we will contact you by phone or text only as permitted by law. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, for example while we are in contact with you or providing services, and for a reasonable time after that for records, legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, such as access controls and trusted service providers. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your California privacy rights (and similar rights in other states)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you certain rights. Residents of some other states have similar rights, and we will honor these requests regardless of where you live, where we reasonably can.
- Right to know: ask what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we use it, and who we share it with.
- Right to access: ask for a copy of your personal information.
- Right to delete: ask us to delete your personal information, subject to some legal exceptions.
- Right to correct: ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell personal information. Some uses of cookies and the Meta Pixel for ads may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out by using the choices in Section 4, by turning on a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we will treat as an opt-out request, or by emailing us.
- Right to limit use of sensitive information: we do not collect sensitive personal information for purposes that would require this right.
- No discrimination: we will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
Categories of information we collect (as defined by the CCPA): identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), commercial and professional information (business name, type, service area), internet or network activity (site usage, cookie and pixel data), and audio information (call recordings, where applicable). We collect it from the sources and for the purposes described in Sections 1 and 2, and share it with the categories of recipients described in Sections 3 and 4.
How to make a request: email support@postpalpros.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will need to verify your identity, usually by matching information we already have. You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We will respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days).
10. Links to other sites
Our site and ads may link to other websites and services, such as Facebook, Calendly, and Jotform. Their own privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their practices.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
